Processing Times
All orders, except for pre-ordered items, are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. All orders are shipped or available to pick up from our studio space:

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
Please note: during high-demand periods such as new releases or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order has had an extended delay, please contact our team at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp for assistance.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please ensure you review our international shipping terms below:
Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, and orders may experience delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for contacting their local customs office, in the event of unpaid duties & taxes.
JUKUHARA is not liable for any customs delays or additional fees incurred by customs.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. International orders will be shipped out via Australia Post or DHL Express. Please carefully monitor your tracking number, but be aware that international updates via Australia Post may not be available once it has arrived in your country. For more information about country-based tracking handover, please contact our team at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp for an update or advice for where to track it.
We offer free shipping thresholds, based on your location and order total. Some countries are excluded from this threshold, based on shipping availability and cost.

Important Note for US Customers
As of 22nd September 2025, Australia Post has partnered with Zonos®, an authorised US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) third-party provider for services regarding the collection and remittance of duties to CBP. Duties are calculated, collected and paid to CBP via Zonos®, prior to goods arriving in the US.
For US customers, duties & taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, to be paid on your behalf through Zonos®. For any enquiries regarding duties & taxes collection, please contact us at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package has been delayed or lost, please reach out to our support team at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp. We’ll assist in tracking your order to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee the recovery of lost packages due to third-party carriers.
Except for extreme circumstances, most lost or delayed packages will be automatically returned to the sender. Items can be returned to sender for various reasons:

Recipient unknown

Unclaimed/uncollected from the post office

Unpaid duties & taxes
If your item has been returned to the sender due to unpaid VAT and/or duties & taxes, please see our Refund & Return Policy here.
If you have made your order under an incorrect address, please contact us at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp as soon as possible to request an address change. JUKUHARA will ship your order to your supplied address, except in the rare circumstance of notification that it may be incorrect by our shipping system. This notification system is not guaranteed. The team at JUKUHARA will do their best to correct your address, as per your request, but this can only be done prior to shipping, so please be careful when placing your order.
If your item has been shipped out already but is still in Australia, it can be intercepted by our team and be requested to be returned to the sender. Requests for return to sender are not guaranteed. In the event that there is an incorrect address, your item will end up being returned to the sender, but this can take up to three months to arrive back to our studio depending on where it is being returned from.
For return to the sender packages that have been received back, a customer service representative will contact you. Based on the reason for the return, the customer may be liable for reshipment fees - more information about this can be found in our Refund & Return Policy here. For any parcels that have been noted to be returned to the sender incorrectly, please let the team at kawisaky@jukuhara.jp know as soon as possible, to be on the look out for its returning and reshipment.
Pre-Orders
Please Note: Pre-order items have an extended timeline for dispatch, so please expect a delay on shipment of all pre-order items.
Australia only: If your order contains but does not wholly consist of a pre-order item, JUKUHARA will split ship your order with the available items.
For international orders, all items will be shipped together - regardless of if it is a pre-order or in-stock item. JUKUHARA will safely set aside your in-stock items to be shipped together, once your pre-order item is ready.
Dispatch timelines for pre-order items are available when adding the item to cart, as the timeline depends on the item. For any delays or cancellations in production, a customer service representative of JUKUHARA will contact the customer and advise them of the updated timeline, or offer a store credit refund and/or replacement item(s).
