HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
All orders are processed within 3-7 Business Days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pre-orders are shipped 3-7 Business Days after being received. For all pre-order estimated dates, please check the warning that will pop up before adding to cart.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING
JUKUHARA ship all domestic orders with Australia Post, and all international orders with both Australia Post and DHL Express.

PARCEL POST: 2 - 6 BUSINESS DAYS
EXPRESS POST: 1 - 4 BUSINESS DAYS

DO WE OFFER RETURNS?
JUKUHARA offer returns, as well as exchanges, for change of mind as well as faulty products. Please contact us as soon as possible, for a faulty product.
All change of mind returns will be refunded as a store credit.
For Australian orders, a pre-paid shipping label will be created for all returns. This will be deducted from your final store credit amount. For exchanges, this pre-paid shipping label fee is waived.
