HOW IS JUKUHARA MADE?
Every JUKUHARA garment is designed in Perth, Western Australia, at our studio space in Inglewood.
JUKUHARA has spent years developing and consistently improving each garment for quality and fit.
We use screen prints for all of our garments with some garments featuring up to 8 individual paint colours to produce a screen-printed image.
Each piece is carefully hand-printed and cured to ensure longevity and durability with each print.
ARE VAT TAXES AND/OR IMPORT FEES INCLUDED?
All import fees related to taxes and duties are to be covered by the customer. US customers are billed this directly through our store, at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 3-7 Business Days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
DOES JUKUHARA OFFER RETURNS?
We do offer returns on faulty or damaged products with shipping paid on by us.
We also offer returns and exchanges if your product is not the right size, the team can happily assist you with finding the right size.
Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding exchanges and returns.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MYJUKUHARA ITEMS?
Most products (unless specified in the description of the product listing) can be machine washed on a gentle and cool cycle. Please note that some items are not pre-shrunk, therefore washing on high heat or machine-drying is not recommended.
Do not iron directly onto screen prints or embroidery.
